Payments
Payments can be made by Cash, Check, Venmo, or through the online invoice. Every standard session requires a $50 deposit to hold your date and time. Longer group sessions require $100 deposit. Payments must be made in full by the day of the photoshoot.
Session
Dancers & models are recommended to arrive no more than 15 minutes early to their shoot to warm up, stretch, and do any last minute hair and makeup. If clients arrive late, their session will still end on time. If a client doesn’t show up after 15 minutes after the scheduled start time, their shoot will be canceled if they don’t call.
Photo Delivery
Clients will receive all the final edited .JPG images. Prints can be ordered through the gallery. Please note that the amount of photos will vary by photoshoot. Photos will be delivered via a digital gallery download no later than 14 days after the photoshoot. Clients will have 30 days to download their images before the link may expire. It is recommended that they get downloaded to multiple devices and backed up using a cloud storage service. Clients may request a resend of their gallery link for a $20 fee. Photos are guaranteed to be kept for up to 1 year, any time after that, Alexis Lund Photography has the right to decline the request of photos. Any additional editing or photo manipulation requests may be declined or charged an extra fee.
Weather
If the weather does not allow us to shoot for an onsite location session, we will reschedule the session to a later date. I allow time in my scheduling for this to happen. If the weather causes your photoshoot to end early, you may choose to reschedule the rest of your session or just be charged for the shortened amount of time instead. You may schedule a backup date with me in the beginning if you choose to do so. Deposits will not be refunded.
Privacy
Clients receive permission to print and use the images in non-commercial settings. If clients post any of the images online, please give credit to Alexis Lund Photography and do not add filters that take away from the original editing of the images as it wouldn’t be a good representation of my work. Permission to use your photos for my promotion or portfolio will always be asked. Specific images will be sent out and approved by the client before doing so.
Injuries
Alexis Lund Photography is not responsible for any injuries during the photoshoot. With my dance teaching experience, I will never put a dancer in a position that they may not be ready for or able to perform.
Parents
Any clients younger than 18 years old must have a parent or guardian present with them on their photoshoot.
Additional Fees
Alexis Lund Photography is not responsible for any fees regarding parking or admission for on-location sessions. You will be notified about parking fees and admission fees prior to your photoshoot and the amounts will be added to your final invoice.
